"Academic troops": the first victory

Head of the Department of Labor and Social Law of the Law Institute of Vyatka State University Elena Redikultseva was among the winners of the third cycle of the competition of the Vladimir Potanin's Charity Foundation "Academic troops"

"Academic troops" is a competition of the Vladimir Potanin Foundation, aimed at developing the current competencies of full-time magistracy teachers in order to increase the sustainability of the magistracy institution in Russian universities. Teachers of full-time master's programs, including academic and scientific supervisors of full-time master's programs, teachers of individual disciplines, special courses and seminars within full-time master's programs, working at their main place of work, part-time or under a civil law contract in one of the 75 universities participating in the Vladimir Potanin Scholarship Program located on the territory of the Russian Federation.

Elena Nikolaevna Redikultseva was among the winners in the nomination "Individual trajectory". This nomination is designed for university teachers - individuals. The Foundation helps the winners in this nomination take part in professional development events: in individual internships, advanced training programs, educational courses, seminars, conferences, master classes and others.

    In my professional development program, I included the advanced training programs "Interaction of branches of Russian law in the regulation of social and labor relations" of St. Petersburg State University and "Digitalization of personnel management" of the Higher School of Economics. Participation in the professional development program will provide information on the prospects and trends of the digital economy, solutions for the transition to the digital environment, new directions for conducting scientific research in professional industry activities. New knowledge and skills will help me to improve the master's program "Protection of labor and social rights".

    I want to note that the employees of the Vladimir Potanin Foundation promptly respond to all organizational issues. The selection takes into account the individual characteristics of the grantees and their interest in achieving the expected results specified in the application, -

It should be noted that teachers of the Vyatka State University took part in this competition for the first time. This became possible due to the fact that last year Vyatka State University was among the 75 universities participating in the Vladimir Potanin's Stipendial Program.
