On November 29, VyatSU Resource Training and Methodological Center for Education of Disabled People will open an exhibition on material and technical support for education of disabled people.
The exhibition will present some equipment necessary for providing educational process for disabled people. The following special technical means for training people with disabilities will be presented at the exhibition:
- for persons with visual impairment (large magnifiers, printers for voluminous images, Braille keyboards, etc.);
- for people with hearing impairment (radio classes, auditory simulators, FM-transmitters and FM-receivers, etc.);
- for persons with musculoskeletal disorders and cerebral palsy (keyboards, joysticks, computer adapted wireless buttons, receivers for wireless communication).
Equipment for providing accessibility will also be presented there: light beacons, assistant call systems, tactile signings, mimic diagrams, information boards, automatic door opening controlling, tactile chess, walking sticks, door handles and cutlery adapted for the disabled.
Everybody is welcomed to visit the exhibition on November 29 from 10.00 to 14.00 at Moskovskaya Street, 39, room 108 (VyatSU educational building №2).
