The competition “Leaders of Russia” undoubtedly provides new opportunities for all winners. If you want to participate in the competition, you must be clearly aware of your personal and professional goals. During all the trials, you have the opportunity to supplement these goals with new meanings. With the victory in the contest, your resources expand significantly. I was offered a new position at Vyatka State University with a complex and ambitious goal and a chance to do what I consider really important.
The University has a strong enough team to solve management problems based on data analysis. This team includes professionals in IT, PR, sociology, psychology, engineering, Economics, law, etc. The management of our University always invites creatively thinking professionals with formed meanings and understanding of the main development vectors to join the team. The competition “Leaders of Russia” also showed what a real team should be. This applies to both the organizers and participants, who are undoubtedly professionals in their field, – said Ekaterina.
