Throughout their life, someone is constantly sharing their experience with us. For example, senior students tell their junior colleagues which of the teachers it is better not to joke with, and who can easily work out the missed lectures. Isn't it a transfer of experience?
Last year, VyatSU decided to make the process of transferring experience more focused and bring experienced, successful, strong professionals, experts in different fields together with students, undergraduates, graduate students and young specialists in one project. The result is the Mentoring program.
Why 'Mentor'? Because those who share experience are mentors, and those who adopt experience are menties. Mentors share their experiences, and menties grow.
What experience does the Mentoring Program refer to? It all depends on which mentor to work with. Among the mentors of the program are heads of media holdings, banks, IT companies, entrepreneurs and scientists.
What to do with it now? Fill out the Mentee's questionnaire before 06.10.2020 and get involved in the project, so that later "it does not hurt excruciatingly for the years spent aimlessly," as the classic said.
