The Summer School is an educational module designed for senior undergraduate, graduate and postgraduate students who are familiar with the basics of machine learning, graph theory, mathematical statistics, optimization theory and proficient in programming in high-level languages
Anastasia Gushchina, a third-year student of the Faculty of Automation and Computer Engineering, passed the competitive selection to the school from Vyatka State University. She successfully drew up an application in which it was necessary to indicate her scientific publications, implemented projects, experience in scientific laboratories, etc., and passed the test task.
Now Anastasia will be trained by the best Russian teachers in the field of artificial intelligence for two weeks.
The educational module consists of 5 directions. In each direction, there will be lectures compulsory for all students. Each direction includes a number of practical seminars, mainly related to the programming of the proposed methods and algorithms. After the course of lectures, students will need to unite in teams of 4-5 people and choose one of the projects that will be offered to them.
I look forward to interesting lectures from renowned teachers and teamwork. I really want to improve my practical skills in the field of artificial intelligence, -
Anastasia shared her expectations from participation in the school.
We wish her fruitful work within the framework of the summer school!
