Biotechnologists of the largest university in the region master training courses developed by industry experts
Since the beginning of November, senior students of bachelor and magistracy program on the direction "Biotechnology" have been studying the optional course "Development, production and marketing support of drugs", implemented by experts from the biotechnology company BIOCAD. A training course from one of the leaders in biopharmaceuticals is aimed at expanding practice-oriented knowledge and competencies in demand in the labor market.
This opportunity was appeared thanks to the University's cooperation with the company BIOCAD in the field of pharmaceutical biotechnology.
During 17 online classes, students of the Institute of Biology and Biotechnology will expand their knowledge and improve their skills in the field of development and production of active pharmaceutical substances of chemical origin, development of drugs based on monoclonal antibodies, production of stable cell lines producing monoclonal antibodies and development of their technology for cultivation, isolation and purification of biological products, clinical trials, registration of medicines, promotion of medicines to the market.
