The students of VyatSU Department of service, tourism and business Oksana Ovchinnikova and Semyon Chernyshov became participants of the foreign internship for students and teachers of the tourist profile.
The organizer of the traineeship is the Federal Agency for Tourism in cooperation with the Russian State University of Tourism and Service.
This year foreign traineeship has been held in Hungary and Austria. During their trip from May 23 to May 30 the students have learnt the best foreign practices of tourism development. The traineeship program included workshops "Technology of showing cultural objects" (with Budapest and Vienna trips as examples), a business lunch with a company "1000 roads", inspection of hotels of different categories, a technological course on gastronomic programs organizing, a visit to Corvinus University of Budapest and Budapest Business School BGE, as well as classes on studying the possibility of catering on water transport.
It should be noted that the students of the Department have been regularly participating in foreign traineeships organized by the Russian State University of Tourism and Service for several years already; they visited the Kingdom of Spain in 2016.
