During the meeting, a wide range of issues related to the protection of children's rights in the region were discussed.
On November 26, Vladimir Shabardin, the Commissioner for children's rights in the Kirov region, held a webinar "on the state of compliance with legislation in the field of protection of children's rights in the Kirov region" at the site of VyatSU.
The participants of the webinar were specialists of educational districts of the Kirov region, education authorities, and institutions of additional education, representatives of educational organizations of Kirov, Kirov region, the Republic of Komi and Tula region.
In addition, the webinar was attended by teachers of the Department of civil law disciplines of Vyatsu, representatives of the University's legal clinic, students and magistrands.
Olga Bychkova, the Head of the Management of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation in the Kirov region, welcomed the participants of the webinar.
Vladimir Shabardin spoke about the protection of the rights of minors to education and psychological assistance; touched upon the quality problems of housing provided to orphans; also, he raised issues of school conflicts, availability and quality of medical care, information security for minors; answered questions from the audience.
This format of interaction between guests and participants of the meetings is convenient for both parties and becomes traditional.
