April 29 the Fundamental University became the venue of the seminar "Modern Russian construction materials and technologies."
For a discussion of current trends and directions of development of the construction industry gathered analysts, representatives of construction, design and engineering organizations, companies producing materials, as well as students and graduate students of construction specialties.
“It’s very important for us as the Polytechnic Institute of the Vyatka State University to occupy our own niche in the market. Teachers and students of the Department of Building and Architecture conduct scientific studies of modern materials, which will greatly enhance the quality of work and ensure the reliability and durability of structures,” - said the director Ivan Gubin.
The General Director of “SPC Strim” (Moscow) Andrei Glukhov talked in detail by visual demonstration about the materials produced by the company and the ways how to use them.
On this day, the participants of the seminar also got acquainted with the technology of manufacturing of steel structures, modern industrial floors, import-substituting materials and discussed the role and place of NOSTROY standards in the legal framework of Russia.
