On February 8 Vyatka State University hosted a meeting with Diana Guts. It was dedicated to strategic cooperation between Vyatka State University and the Foundation for Regional Programs "Our Future".
The expert of “Our Future” Foundation Diana Guts, Rector of Vyatka State University Valentin Pugach and Vice-rector for science and innovation Sergey Litvinets have agreed on a long-term cooperation between the Foundation and the University during the meeting.
"Our Future" Foundation is a driver for development of social entrepreneurship in our country. It is quite trendy, but still new, at least for our region; therefore it requires a lot of information and organizational work. Thus, Vyatka State University is ready to do this work and to become a platform for connecting the efforts of all participants of the process.
The Foundation, in its turn, is ready to provide consulting and expert support to initiatives and start-ups emerging in the region - both with help of students, local entrepreneurs and non-profit organizations. The Foundation offers financing for projects and joint educational programs with the University.
All these agreements formed the basis for the Cooperation Agreement, which has been signed in the meeting.
On February 9 Diana Guts will deliver an open lecture for students and employees of Vyatka State University, as well as representatives of the business and non-profit sector of Kirov on the topic "Infrastructure for supporting social entrepreneurship in the Russian Federation".
