The Award is held in two stages:
Correspondence - an expert assessment of the participants CV, the formation of lists of the full-time stage participants
Full-time - passing competitive tests.
To participate in the Award, it is necessary to register on the AIS "Youth of Russia" website and send an electronic package of documents in accordance with the Regulation to the email address: selina.vk@ako.kirov.ru by September 20, 2019
