Yesterday in the shopping and entertainment centre «Vremya Prostora» the III regional championship «Young Professionals» (WorldSkills Russia) was launched.
The organizers of the championship are the Ministry of education of the Kirov region, Vyatka Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Vyatka state University, Institute for the Development of Education of the Kirov region and Association of Educational Institutions for Professional Education of the Kirov region.
The Deputy Prime Minister of the Kirov region Dmitry Kurdyumov, Minister of education of the Kirov region Olga Ryseva, President of the Vyatka Chamber of Commerce and Industry Nikolai Lipatnikov, Vice-rector for strategic development and project activities of Vyatka state University Constantine Bazhin took part in the solemn opening of the championship. This year the championship will held on 15 competencies.
It is noteworthy that among the experts who came to the championship from different parts of Russia, a graduate of Vyatka State University Anna Derbeneva, who became the winner of the 44th World Championship World Skills Competitions-2017 in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Simultaneously with the championship, the specialized exhibition «Professional education» started its work. As part of the exhibition, 17 secondary vocational education institutions placed their expositions. Among them - College of Vyatsu, More than 20 years College successfully trains highly qualified personnel in the most popular specialties.
The participants of the championship and exhibition will have a rich business program, some of which will be conducted by specialists of Vyatka state University.
