VyatSU teachers and students took part in a coordination meeting of regional innovation platforms of the Eastern Educational Consortium

 During the trip, the delegation of the Faculty of Pedagogy and Psychology visited educational organizations of the Omutninsky district, met with their heads, as well as potential applicants of the largest university in the region

On April 27, 2021, a coordination meeting of regional innovation platforms of the Eastern Educational District of the Ministry of Education of the Kirov Region was held with the participation of employees and students of VyatSU. Note that the university is the curator of 16 regional innovation platforms of the Ministry of Education of the Kirov region.

Professor of the Department of Pedagogy and Methodology of Preschool and Primary Education of the Faculty of Pedagogy and Psychology Natalya Sergeevna Aleksandrova, Master Tatyana Bashlacheva, students Elizaveta Kozlova and Tatyana Styazhkina visited educational organizations of the Omutninsky District. Holding a meeting on the work of innovation sites directly in the organizations allows to get acquainted with the state of affairs on the spot and resolve methodological issues on organizing the work of regional innovation sites.

A meeting was held with Olga Yuryevna Kerova, head of the Eastern Educational District of the Ministry of Education of the Kirov Region, heads and teachers of educational organizations, where the main activities of regional innovation sites for the next calendar year were outlined, and criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of the work of sites and strategies for their implementation during the reporting period were discussed. The issues of organizing cooperation of educational organizations of the Eastern educational district of the Ministry of Education of the Kirov region with VyatSU, its relevance and prospects were considered.

During the work trip, a visit to the MKDOU kindergarten "Snezhinka" (Vostochny village) took place in order to study the material and technical base of the institution and resolve issues for more effective usage. Ideas and prospects for the development of a kindergarten were proposed on the topic of a regional innovation platform.

The meeting ended with a constructive dialogue with the director of the KOGPOBU "Omutninsky College of Pedagogy, Economics and Law", Lyudmila Ivanovna Lyskova, as well as communication with college graduates. The director of the college and graduate students showed interest in the areas of training of the Faculty of Pedagogy and Psychology, asked questions of interest to them.

Summing up the results of the coordination meeting, the participants noted the need to organize and conduct face-to-face and remote meetings on the organization of the work of regional innovation platforms to solve relevant problems of educational practice and the development of its innovative formats.
