The Convention is an annual event that has been holding since 2011 for innovative start-ups and young scientists planning to commercialize their projects, as well as for small innovative companies being assisted in promoting their products in the market. Organizers of the Convention are the Government of Kirov region, Vyatka Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Vyatka State University with support of SBERBANK Kirov branch.
The program of the Convention includes seminars and a presentation devoted to strategic development of innovative activity in the Russian Federation and Kirov region. In addition start-up and innovation companies of Kirov region will have the opportunity to present their products to venture investors and receive the necessary financing in the future.
The Convention introduces the following investors:
- Oleg Barannik, investment broker, business coach and mentor;
- Victor Filipchuk, director of Innovation LLC, representative of the Foundation for Assistance to Small Innovative Enterprises in the Republic of Komi;
- Alexander Shilov, Candidate of Biological Sciences, Researcher of the Department of Comparative Cardiology of Komi Scientific Center of Ural Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences, head of Research and Education Center "Problems of Physiology and Physical Rehabilitation" of Syktyvkar State University named after Pitirim Sorokin;
- Vitaly Scherbina, Blockchain-enthusiast, entrepreneur, investor, organizer of events for entrepreneurship development;
- Maxim Chebotarev, co-founder of Techmafia, head of co-investment department of Internet Initiatives Development Fund;
- Natalia Osipchuk, Adviser to the Chairman of Volga-Vyatka Sberbank;
- Konstantin Podvalny, managing director of Kirov branch of Sberbank.
