The participants of the event will discuss a wide range of issues of a fundamental and applied nature

On October 21-22, the scientific congress “Language. Text. Media ”, which will be attended by scientists from Russia and countries of near and far abroad.

During the scientific event, it is planned to discuss issues of a fundamental and applied nature, conduct master classes and organize discussion platforms in various areas of scientific knowledge. Among them are the problems of text in the modern interdisciplinary paradigm, methods of using big data in the humanities, semantics and functioning of linguistic units in the aspect of national cultural specifics, artistic narrative in media, multimedia text in modern communication culture, national cultural code in the media space, communication interaction and promotion in offline and online spaces, professional competencies and professional competences in the field of mass communications, library in a digital society, book development, information culture and reading strategies.

Within the framework of the congress, a scientific and practical conference "Modern educational technologies in teaching Russian language and literature: traditions and innovations" will be held.

The format of participation in the congress is intra/extramural, the working languages ​​are Russian and English.

Based on the results of the scientific platforms, it is planned to publish a special issue of the scientific collection “Semantics. Functioning. Text "(RSCI).
