Week of Science has opened at VyatSU

Today the Basic University launched the Science Week. VyatSU Acting Vice-Rector for Science and Innovation Sergey G. Litvinets noted in his opening speech that this was the first experience of carrying out the Science Week in such a format and hoped that it would be successful. Students and lecturers will find a lot of exciting events where everyone will be able to think over their capabilities and prospects for scientific research as a unique version of self-realization.

The speech of the Chairman of VyatSU Students' Scientific Society (SSS) Alexander Korsenyuk has aroused great interested among participants. He described the SSS’s activities and all the opportunities that students got by being involved into the exciting process of scientific investigation.

As of today the Basic University Students’ Scientific Society runs a large number of exciting projects, interesting events of modern and original format. Each student has the opportunity to choose the way to express himself in a scientific work.

A presentation of VyatSU Business Incubator took place within the first day of the Week of Science as well. Sergey Tolstobrov (the head of the BI) offered his help to the students who had their own business ideas and wished to launch their own innovative business.

The Professorial Environment project brought together a lot of participants for a meeting with VyatSU Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences Professor of the Department of journalism and integrated communications Elena Vasilyevna Diner. She spoke about her own way in science and shared her thoughts about the opportunities of modern scholars. "Science is an interesting and promising thing" was the main idea of Professor’s Diner presentation that impressed the audience very much.

Some specially decorated stands had been prepared at the University by the beginning of the Week. And everybody was welcomed to the intellectual club for a 6 p.m. "What? Where? When?" game.
