How to find yourself? Guess who you are? How can you benefit society? Realize your potential? And what if your desires and ambitions lie in the field of science?

All these questions are relevant and topical at all times. This year is not an exception, which presented, to those who love science and dream of connecting their work with scientific research, unexpected and pleasant news: at Vyatka State University, a program of employment of graduates for research rates has been opened and is being implemented in full swing. The program was initiated by the Ministry of Science and Education of Russia and is aimed specifically at graduate students and young scientists. But its content in each university is determined independently. At VyatSU, in addition to developing professional competencies, an emphasis is placed on improving personal and managerial qualities. And the proof of this was the training organized and conducted by the head of the personnel management and employment department Elena Nikolaevna Kazakovtseva on the topic “Leader and team”.

    - Introduction to corporate culture is an important component of our work, - noticed Anna Faleeva, junior researcher at the Institute of Humanities and Social Sciences.

    - Our wonderful coach created an atmosphere of easy communication from the first test tasks.

But theory is not the only thing that surprised and introduced young researchers of VyatSU to the corporate culture. In the second part of the training, everyone joined the team building game "Transformation-2021", without fear or hesitation, overcoming the rope course and with great interest passing intellectual tests.

At the end of this fascinating action, people who previously didn't know each other learned to trust, felt their involvement in a friendly and close-knit university team.

Together, all the training participants came to the understanding that, despite belonging to different departments and laboratories, everyone has to think in the same direction, revealing their potential for the benefit of the university's development.

The next stage of the program starts at the end of June. Participants will have to diagnose the existing level of their own soft-skills and develop competencies using cases, practices and video lessons on one of the best specialized platforms in the Russian Federation.T
