A traditional meeting of freshmen of the Institute of Biology and Biotechnology with representatives of the Nanolek company took place at Vyatka State University

The students were told about the present and future of the enterprise, invited to undergo internships, outlined the prospects for further employment

On September 21, an event that has already become traditional took place at the Institute of Biology and Biotechnology of Vyatka State University: representatives of the management of the Nanolek biopharmaceutical company, which has its own full-cycle high-tech production, came to a meeting with 1st year students.

Anticipating the conversation, Ekaterina Martinson, director of the Institute of Biology and Biotechnology, remarked:

"Nanolek is not just an employer and strategic partner for our institute. This, one might say, is fate - when this company was established, we restructured all our activities."

 Addressing the first-year students, Ekaterina Alexandrovna emphasized:

"The Nanolek company will accompany you during all the years of study, and subsequently many of you will connect your professional activities with it."

That is why, in one of the most successful institutes of VyatSU, they are so interested in the fact that future employees of the company begin to get acquainted with it at the start of their studies - at Nanolek LLC, this approach is invariably supported!

Deputy Director Alexey Kulikov made a presentation of the company. He spoke about the directions of production and the prospects for its development, outlined the requirements for specialists, emphasizing the importance of internships and practice in immersing themselves in the problems of the enterprise. The speaker touched upon the organization of leisure activities for the company's employees, named the main corporate values ​​and activities.

The presentation was continued by Anastasia Vekslender, Head of the Human Resources Department. She expressed her hope that the current VyatSU freshmen would make up the personnel future of the company, and then, together with a colleague, answered students' questions.

"If you have any new questions, please contact us. We are always open for communication" - assured Anastasia Vekslender.

Not only a serious conversation, but also pleasant surprises - such meetings are indispensable without them. This time the representatives of the Nanolek company did not come empty-handed either - each participant was presented with a gift. At the end of the event, a group photo was taken.

"We liked the meeting: we were provided with useful information about a successful enterprise. There is confidence that with them we will definitely not be left without work. In addition, it will be possible to engage in scientific activities. Once again I was convinced of the correctness of the chosen specialty" - shared at the end of the event the future biotechnologist Kirill Malygin.
