Vladimir Averbakh in the project "Lectures at the Polytechnic": time of intermediation and papers is over

The famous speaker told about the importance of electronic public services implementation and improvement of the electronic document management in public institutions.

Vladimir Averbakh – the Director of Department for E-government Development of the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications. He is not just a project programs designer for electronic public services, but is also responsible for the way they are implemented in practice, and how modern, technological and comfortable they are in use.

Such a highly ranked federal official became a guest of the project due to the Interregional Practical IT- Conference "GOS ∙ IT: Practice and Strategy of Regional Informatization. From Restrictions to Possibilities" that took place in October 27-28th in Kirov.

The conference organizers: the Ministry of Information Technologies and Communications of the Government of Kirov region, VyatSU, Club for IT-Directors of Kirov region.

According to statistics, only 55% of the Russian Internet users have an idea of electronic public services, and two thirds of them would like to get government services in this form exactly. But, as Vladimir Averbakh says, "time of intermediation and papers is over”.
