An important step has been taken in preparation for "Ivolga-2017" - the Youth Forum of the Volga Federal District.

A unique VyatSU Project School had been working for the whole last month. It was aimed to activate student’s scientific creativity and promote the Program for student associations’ development - 2017.

The Project School is also a part of preparation for "Ivolga-2017" - the Youth Forum of VFD; the regional participation in it is associated with VyatSU representatives.

The School course on project technology has taught 368 students (including master and post-graduate students) all the steps of their own projects creation from the very beginning up to very end. As a result the students had to evaluate 200 presented projects – independently prepared research projects created under the guidance of qualified School’s instructors.

During the closing event of the Project School the best projects have been awarded diplomas.

Georgy Barminov, an acting Minister of Sports and Youth Policy of Kirov region addressed the young audience:

- I do not agree, when they say: "Youth is our future". Young people are our present: after all, they are already making great contribution to all spheres of life. Once again you have proved it by taking part in the Project School work and trying yourself in research and creative activities.

Sergei Litvinets, VyatSU acting Vice-rector for science and innovation addressed the audience:

- Independently created project is an important step towards achieving your specific goal - participation in “Ivolga-2017”. I wish your projects were highly appreciated by regional experts, and you happened to become participants of the largest youth forum. And, of course, further victories to you!

Georgiy Barminov and Sergey Litvinets handed diplomas to the best projects authors and expressed their hope for Project School to become a support in their study and future professional activity.
