Igor Dubinnikov took part in VyatSU project "Lectures at the Polytechnic" in November 2017, when his speech aroused great interest and a desire to continue cooperation. So a new meeting was organized for the teaching staff of the Basic University, primarily for the most experienced VyatSU representatives. Why for them?This question was answered by Valentin Pugach, VyatSU Rector, who confidentially shared the reason for this event with the audience.
- It's no secret that we pay the main attention to the youth: most grants, trainings, and seminars are focused on them. It is quite understandable: the future is for the young, and it is important for us to equip students and university employees with the most up-to-date knowledge and competencies. However, the question naturally arises here: what can we offer to the middle and older generations? Middle aged employees have rich professional experience, quite relevant at the same time. The idea of continuity is very important for us.
Besides, let's not forget about new challenges and approaches - young people can adapt to them easily and painlessly, but that is not always typical for older people, who tend to adhere to stable old rules and regulations.Not only demanding, but teaching too, boosting self-development mechanism, and inspiring new ideas – this was the purpose we had invited one of the most successful coaches Igor Dubinnikov.
So the teachers of Vyatka State University became students themselves and participated in the author's training course by Igor Dubinnikov.
- The training is aimed at self-diagnosis, the creation of a working planning system, short-term and long-term goals actualization, the development of each participant's personal strategy. It will give an opportunity to increase self-esteem, satisfaction with activity and labor productivity - in this way the training coach defined the goals and the planned result of the event.
