The proposed approach of VyatSU scientists will be presented to specialists for further implementation in the engineering universities of Russia.
Series of seminars on education models and individual social and psychological support of students will be conducted in VyatSU on September 22-23 within the RF State program "Accessible Environment" for 2011-2020 in accordance with the public contracts with the RF Ministry of Education and Science.
VyatSU teachers will present their works in the following areas within the seminars:
- professional orientation for visually impaired applicants, applicants with disorders of the musculoskeletal system, as well as for their parents;
- the specifics of the educational process for visually impaired students and students with disorders of the musculoskeletal system;
- possibilities for social and psychological support of students;
- employment and support to graduates;
- professional pathway creation and professional motivation of students with visual impairments and with disorders of the musculoskeletal system;
- all educational parties’ interaction within the framework of "School – University – Professional activity".
The participants of the seminar are:
- the representative of Department of state policy in the higher education of the RF Ministry of education and science;
- the representative of the Department of disability affairs of the RF Ministry of labour and social development;
- the representative of public associations of nosology (the All-Russian Society of the disabled);
- the representative of the Ministry of social development of Kirov region;
- the representative of the Employment Service of Kirov region;
- a specialist in psychological support of people with disabilities;
- representatives from employers – HR managers and specialists from the companies of real economy (engineering companies of Orenburg and Kirov regions, Republic of Chuvashia);
- RF Universities – representatives from the Republic of Tatarstan, Perm Krai, Kaliningrad, Kemerovo, Kirov, Kostroma, Nizhny Novgorod and Sverdlovsk regions, Moscow.
