On October 28, the Olympiad was successfully held at VyatSU 270 people from 10 universities representing 5 federal districts of the Russian Federation were participants of the II All-Russian Olympiad in Foreign Languages for magistrands of non-language directions:
- Central Federal District (Belgorod State National Research University, Vladimir State University named after A.G. and N. G. Stoletovs – the Flagship University, International Academy of Business and New Technologies (Yaroslavl);
- North-Western Federal District (Northern (Arctic) Federal University named after M.V. Lomonosov); - Southern Federal District (Kalmyk State University named after B. B. Gorodovikov – the Flagship University);
- Volga Federal District (Ufa State Petroleum Technical University – the Flagship University, Glazov State Pedagogical Institute named after V. G. Korolenko, Vyatka State University – the Flagship University, Vyatka State Agricultural Academy);
Far Eastern Federal district (Far Eastern Federal University).
