Today the II Interregional Forest Forum was launched in Kirov, where participants from all over Russia, as well as foreign delegations took part.
Vyatka State University is an active organizer and member of the business program, a significant part of which is implemented using university facilities. Today, a number of informative round tables took place, where the specialists of the University shared their experience, useful for the development of the forestry sector of economy.
Ilya Lyangasov, Head of VyatSU Competence Center for Industrial and Business Engineering, spoke about the projects of woodworking equipment of VyatSU Engineering Center. The competence center "Use of Biological Resources" presented the results of reforestation.
The issues of training specialists for the forestry sector attracted a lot of attention, thus, Vyatka State University presented the Study Program "Forestry", as well as profile "Forest Science" of the Study Program "Biology".
Built by "Holtz House" company, a full-scale paramedic-midwifery center attracted a lot of people’s attention. This project was designed by the participants of the Architectural Student Center of Vyatka State University headed by Ksenia Bryzgalova, senior teacher of the Department of Architecture and Urban Planning. In addition, the students of the Faculty of Construction and Architecture developed projects of the district police station and the sports and recreation complex - all of them were supported by Igor Vasiliev, Kirov region Governor.
