"Receipt of the "Engineer of the Year" award was preceded by a large and painstaking daily work. While studying for a master's degree and then working as a laboratory engineer, I was actively engaged in scientific activities within the framework of the scientific direction of the MTD department "Technologies for the manufacture of furniture and joinery and construction products from low-liquid wood and woodworking waste". This is a very important direction of development both for the Kirov region and Russia as a whole. For the rational use of our wealth - wood - I have developed a new technology for the manufacture of facing products from lumpy wood waste. Now the results of my research are being introduced into the educational process of preparing masters in the direction "Technology of logging and wood processing industries". I would like as many people as possible to follow my example, engage in scientific creativity and participate in the development of domestic woodworking" - shared Natalia Tarbeeva. defended her Ph.D. thesis ahead of schedule, received a grant and registered 3 patents for an invention. Natalia continues to inspire students and young scientists to make scientific discoveries.
