The event took place on February 11 in Nizhny Novgorod at a "Vodnik" stadium.
The tournament was attended by 6 teams representing universities from Kirov, Yoshkar-Ola, Cheboksary, Vladimir and Nizhny Novgorod. In a group stage our team took the first place, successfully defeating rivals from Nizhny Novgorod State Medical Academy (the organizers of the festival) and Vladimir State University. So they got the right to fight for the main festival awards.
In the final game the audience witnessed the most passionate and effective play of VyatSU team against Nizhny Novgorod students (a united team of Nizhny Novgorod State Technical University and Nizhny Novgorod State University). The words of wisdom say: "Make more mistakes - and you will lose”. Unfortunately that day at "Vodnik" stadium our university team made a bit more mistakes. So as a result VyatSU team took the 2nd place at the festival Povolzhye+. The team of Nizhny Novgorod universities began the winner there.
