On February 10-11 a regional qualifying round of intellectual Olympiad for parliamentary debates in the British format took place in a Regional Youth Palace.
18 student teams from the VolgaFederal District from Kirov, including Vyatka State University, took part in the tournament.
At the end of the event the title of "Best Speaker of the Tournament" was awarded to Daria Tsapaeva, a student of VyatSU Institute of Economics and Management.
