The head of administration, Vyacheslav Simakov, entrusted Sergei Styazhkin with the authority to perform
the duties of the first deputy. The corresponding order was signed today.
Prior to this, Anna Vershinina held the position of first deputy head of the Kirov city administration.
Recall that Styazhkin returned to the city administration in October 2022. He was appointed acting deputy
head of administration. He became the curator of the construction industry.
Two weeks later, the official got rid of the “acting” prefix, becoming a full-fledged deputy city manager.

In 1996 he graduated from the Vyatka State Technical University with a degree in Industrial and Civil Engineering.
In 2020, he graduated from Vyatka State University with a degree in Economics.
From 1996 to 2015, he worked in organizations in the construction industry.
From 2015 to 2018, he held the position of head of the construction and engineering infrastructure development department of the Kirov city administration.
From 2018 to 2022, he worked at the Ministry of Education of the Kirov Region, including as Deputy Minister.
