Evaluation is carried out through a combined indicator that takes into account the implementation of all the missions of universities: education, science, communication with society. The activities of educational organizations are evaluated from the standpoint of its effectiveness, relevance and reflection in the external information space.
Among the 1104 Russian universities that took part in the ranking, the Flagship University of the Kirov region took 78th position. If we talk about the global ranking, which evaluated 29498 higher educational institutions of the world, then Vyatka State University took 3558 line.
It is worth noting that over the past six months, Vyatka State University has risen by 6 positions, and over the past 4 years (since 2016) - by 169.
The rating is published by the research group of the Spanish National Research Council (CSIC) - Cybermetrics Lab.
