University seems to be huge and complex for new students. So VyatSU student union has held an unusual event for them.
"The First League. Start-2017" is an opportunity to see the majority of student activists in one place simultaneously, to get acquainted with first-year students from other specialties, to receive gifts and learn more about Vyatka State University life. Everyone who was not too lazy to come to the University on Saturday realized that aside of study there is an interesting life there.
All participants were divided into groups to get a training in team building, during which they had to jump, run, lie on the floor (of course, on rugs), think, make words and move with their eyes closed. The students tried delicious buns, and afterwards they were told about turning a small scholarship into a big one, what kind of activities were planned for the coming year, why should they participate there and where to go with any questions and suggestions. By tradition, adaptation was completed with a dancing party and rewarding the most active participants.
The same evening many freshmen shared their impressions in the social network Vkontakte: "#AdaptationVyatSU2017 is an example of how it is possible to combine pleasure with USEFULNESS, and this is very important!" Ksenia Suvorova.
