VyatSU Center for Robotics and Mechatronics has been working since April 2012.
The initiative of conducting classes with schoolchildren was taken by the Department of electric drive from the Faculty of Automation and Computer Engineering and the first-year students of a new study program "Robotics".
Guided by the University students the schoolchildren of all ages learn the basics of programming and gather their robotic constructions.
The Center for Robotics and Mechatronics is one of many ongoing projects at the University.
VyatSU Center for Robotics and Mechatronics conducts classes for pupils of the 3d-10th grades on designing and programming robots based on "Lego" and "Fisher Technic" blocks.
