On August 22 Kirov celebrated the Day of RF National Flag together with the whole country.
The festive event was attended by Igor Vasiliev, acting Governor of Kirov region, by Vladimir Bykov, Chairman of the Region Legislative Assembly, Vladimir Klimov, Chief Federal Inspector, Valery Vladykin, Head of Kirov, students, representatives of public organizations, and residents of the regional center.
