More than 150 foreign students entered Vyatka State University

Vice-Rector for International Affairs of Vyatka State University Sergei Fomin told how many foreign citizens entered the largest university in the Kirov region and what specialties they preferred.

During the 2023 admission campaign, 152 foreign students from Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, China, Sudan, and the Democratic Republic of the Congo entered Vyatka State University

The most popular specialties were: electrical engineering and power engineering, philology, construction, management, computer science and computer engineering.

Let us note that this year Vyatka State University has developed a unique master’s program “Chemistry of Functional Materials” in English for foreign students. Students will be able to vary their educational path and, depending on personal preferences, choose a specialization among advanced topics in polymeric materials, inorganic materials or metals and alloys. In addition to academic disciplines, the program includes educational practice, which will be conducted under the guidance of the best teachers and include personal consultations with leading professors of Vyatka State University.
