Currently, BIOCAD has 9 international offices and has more than 2 200 employees. The rapidly developing company needs new personnel who possess a wide range of professional competencies - graduates of the VyatSU Institute of Biology and Biotechnology meet the high requirements of one of the world market leaders.
I travel a lot around the country with seminars, and one of my tasks is to find talented young people who are able to implement complex projects. For a long time, we interacted exclusively with universities in Moscow and St. Petersburg, but the high level of skills and knowledge of VyatSU graduates who work with us today, forced us to reconsider the approach, - shared Alexander Karabelsky.
Alexander Vladimirovich noted that VyatSU graduates have such competencies that you rarely see in an aspiring specialist. Acquaintance with colleagues from the Institute of Biology and Biotechnology of VyatSU, who visited BIOCAD and presented the educational programs implemented at the university, led to the final decision on cooperation with the Flagship University of the Kirov region.
In the future, said A.V. Karabelsky, the joint organization of the educational process using new formats and learning technologies. Another important area of cooperation should be the implementation of applied projects, tailored to the needs of the manufacturer. BIOCAD can become a supplier of actual tasks, the solution of which will be a good professional training of biotechnology students and will be reflected in their projects.
The first step has been taken. An interesting way of cooperation with a strong and reputable partner - the company BIOCAD is waiting for the team of the Institute of Biology and Biotechnology of VyatSU.
