The results of the IX international competition of educationally-methodological, educational and scientific literature, published in 2019/2020, "Golden Coryphaeus", were summed up, the participants of which were 63 authors and authors' teams.
In the nomination "Physics and Mathematics" the second place was awarded to the textbook "Course of Physics: Basic Course of Lectures" (Direct-Media, 2020), the authors of which were scientists of the Department of Physics and Methods of Teaching Physics of VyatSU: head Department, Ph.D., Associate Professor Sergei Voronchikhin and Ph.D., Associate Professor Yuri Redkin.
The textbook outlines the physical foundations of classical mechanics, molecular physics and thermodynamics, as well as the foundations of electrodynamics, optics and quantum physics.
