The key participants of the project in addition to TSU and VyatSU are seven more universities.
Our university is represented by two institutes - the Institute of Humanities and Social Sciences and the Institute of Mathematics and Information Systems.
Researchers will study the statements of parents, teachers, schoolchildren and students in social networks, blogs, forums and other online sites.
Based on the analysis of data, it is necessary to evaluate the success of the transition of general, secondary special and higher education to the distance format. The result of the project will be the formation of recommendations for adjusting the educational policy of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation.
- The study will be conducted in four stages. The project is implemented jointly by the efforts of the consortium participants. The fact that many universities of the consortium - from Sevastopol and Arkhangelsk to Yakutsk - are involved in the work, will help to better understand the regional specifics of the transition problems and respond more adaptively to the problems of students, high school students, their parents, -

At the first stage, scientists have already collected a database of statements from informal online communities of universities on social networks, as well as accounts of high school students, students, pedagogical and parental online groups. Posts and comments were downloaded only from open sources while maintaining the anonymity and confidentiality of users.
The consortium will have a difficult job, it is necessary to monitor statements in online communities of 327 universities, 1.12 million student accounts, 1.78 million senior students accounts, more than 200 large pedagogical communities (VKontakte, Facebook), 72 thousand accounts of school teachers and teachers of universities, more than 150 large parental communities (VKontakte, Facebook and Odnoklassniki) and 125 thousand accounts of parents of schoolchildren.
This will help to improve the quality of education, identify problem areas in organizational, methodological and technological solutions, and reduce the psychological burden for all participants of distance education.
