16 - 17 June. Delegation from Chinese Heihe University headed by Director of the Institute of International Education Zhan Huang Qiang visited VyatSU.
An agreement on scientific and educational cooperation between the Basic University and the University of Heihe was signed in a meeting of universities’ representatives.
VyatSU Acting Rector Valentin Pugach:
"The signed agreement is very important for our activity. I am sure that our cooperation will be long and constructive. Let us work together to develop and promote new perspective educational technologies".
Acting Rector of VyatSU Valentin Pugach and Zhan Huang Qiang discussed cooperation in humanitarian and technical fields, as well as the possibility of students’ and Masters’ exchange programs. As colleagues from China assured, their interest in cooperation with the Basic University also applied to VyatSU innovations, in particular, to investigations in the fields of bio- and nanotechnology and polymer chemistry carried out by the university scientists.
The undeniable advantages of cooperation are obvious for lecturers and teachers of both Universities. In the nearest future foreign employees will have a possibility to get an educational internship to study information technology in VyatSU. And Chinese students who have successfully studied at courses of the Russian language will be enrolled to VyatSU without training at the Preparatory Faculty.
At the end of the meeting Director of the Institute of International Education (Heihe, China) Zhan Huang Qiang thanked the University administration for heartily welcome and the proposed interaction:
"You have good teachers and strong school of the Russian language."
