The Delegation of Vyatka State University (Elena Syrtsova, Director of Institute for Lifelong Education of the Russian and Foreign Citizens and Irina Merkulova, the Dean of the Preparatory Faculty, VyatSU) took part in an International Exhibition "China Education Expo" that took place on 23-27 October, 2014 in Beijing.
The exhibition program included business negotiations and presentation of VyatSU in the Russian pavilion of the exhibition.
On October 24 VyatSU delegation visited Tianjin Foreign Studies University and took part in the round table "Higher Education in China - 2014".
During the visit to Tianjin an agreement on cooperation between VyatSU and Tianjin University of Foreign Languages was signed.
Within a business program of event Irina Merkulova participated in negotiations with representatives of Chinese recruitment agencies, representatives of the Russian House in Beijing and Rossotrudnichestvo (The RF Federal Agency for the Commonwealth of Independent States, Compatriots Living Abroad and International Humanitarian Cooperation).
